Metallic watercolor drops for nail art Application:
On the white polymerized gel varnish or paint color, we apply the top matte top layer, polymerize it and distribute-drip watercolor drops on top of it, we do this with the help of acetone (wetting the brush in acetone). We apply the top on the resulting design.
